Background:

I was driving a 347 powered 1993 GT convert. It was a great track car, and more or less an ok daily driver. I was putting it through the paces making the 40 mile hike each way to work with it. After repeated problems with things breaking (including three transmissions), I threw my arms in the air and went into the Ford shop by my house. My intention was to by an SVT Focus for my daily driver.

When I got there I picked out a nice black one, when I saw the white 2000 V6 Roush roll out. I pointed to it and said "I want that." I knew what Roush's were, and walked over to make sure it was a 'real' car. All the numbers matched and they had the price as a stock V6. I bought it before even driving it. My intention was never to modifty it, just drive it to work. (Yeah right!)

After selling my 93, my attention quickly turned to it. My first thought was dump in the 03 Cobra motor. Then I started looking into the V6 performance world. I was totally shocked by what some of these guys were doing. My idea then became "Make the best V8 killing car out there".
It took awhile to locate some of the Roush parts that should have been on the car, but were removed by the previous owner. First off the bat, it got a full stereo (Kenwood head unit, Eclispe motorized screen three Rockford amps, 6.5" component set in the doors and a triple sub box in the trunk), Steeda Tri Ax, normal pre-motor bolt ons and upgraded headlights. Soon after I bought it, I was run off the road by an SUV that came left of center, the resulting damage allowed me a chance to swap out the Magnaflow mufflers for Spin Techs and do some custom plumbing for the exhaust. Soon after that came the full Roush suspension (with the addition of Ground Pounder coil over conversion).
I've run a few different types of shocks and struts and am still trying to find something that works how I want.

After the suspension, I found out the stock seats won't hold you in tight corners. I added Corbeau's with 4 point harnesses. With the handling experimenting, i realized I'd rather dive into Auto X than keep up with my quarter mile persuit. I started buying every brace you can imagine. At that point it became about power.
I got my hands on some gear form Super Six Motorsports which would get me ready for a major power adder. At that point my car had roughly 270hp pumping through it.
This past Sunday the car was rear ended. It will be in the body shop until Tuesday of next week or so...........

Right now, I've pulled out the built motor and I've got a stock motor under the hood waiting for the installation of New Age Tuning's first supercharger kit. When it gets tuned out right and we know it will work right without blowing a motor, I'll have it installed on my built motor and see what it will do with more boost. I'm looking for 400 rwhp maybe more.......
