    Look For Clearance Problem Where Springs May Be Hitting Inside Shock Tower Along Edge. I Had To Clearance Mine A Little When I Went With Coil Over Shocks. Just A Thought.

    Vac. Leaks Can Be A Pain. Try Spaying Carb Cleaner Around Gaskets And Any Vac. Lines Listen For Change In Idle Speed To Find Approximate Location Of Leak.

    Not Sure If You Have Corrected Any Problem You've Had But I Used A 4.2l In My 2000 V6 Mustang And Used The 3.8L Cam Syncro The 2 Pin On Mine With No Problem, You Have The 3.8L ECU I'd Use The 3.8L Syncro Just Make Sure You Setup Timing Marks And Make Sure Your On No.1 Firing TDC. Should Save...

    That Was Why I Bought The Stick On Marker. Once I Found It's Easier To See With Timing Light For Varication Of Timing.. Old Eyes Made It Better. LOL

    Don't Know If This Will Help It Is Hard To See Even On New Balancer. Once Located Marked With Timing Strip From MSD. 14 Degrees Before Top Dead Is About Stock Ignition Timing. On Camshaft Timing, 0 Degrees On Crank And 54 Degrees On Cam Sensor. Hope Not Clear As Mudd. LOL
