    yes but keeping lower end power is also important. I'd rather not skew the entire rpm band above 5000, the car would suck to drive on the street.

    levels at 5k and holds the line all the way to 6300 and tapers off. flat = great. I don't want a graph where both horsepower and torque look like the damn hp line.

    it's a flatline all the way to 7k. it'd make even more power by just swapping the intake manifold but I'm happy with where I'm at. oh and fixed the fuel issue. I'll take vids of the hoopty tomorrow.

    thanks man. it's crazy, all 3 times i just tapped the gas and the rpm's shot up. Can only imagine the response I'll get at 7k. no fuel sender in the tank.

    doesn't have to be but leaving the engine stock cubic inch means I can put mods elsewhere. it's a point system based upon modifications.

    flat top. 0cc. decked the heads so the measured combustion chamber is 39.5cc's. I don't know compression height. but calculated static compression is 13.7:1
