Are the front strut spring rates the same from V6 to V8? I bought set of quick struts, put them on and the front lifted almost two inches. I lost the rake the car had from rear to front, and the gap looks stupid now from the wheel to the fender. The eBay seller has them listed for 2005 - 2010 V6 and GT, but the spring rates should be different from V6 to V8, right?

The new struts have 6 winds, and 16mm coils. Factory is 5.5 winds, and 13mm coils.
My spring code is BBAA (BB - Front).
