1994 tail light and rear spoiler questions

i have two questions i need help on!! first question: will 1996 tail lights fit and work on the 1994?? second question: in the pics, is this a factory or aftermarket rear spoiler for the 1994?? i have looked online and can't seem to find any info about this unique spoiler!!

I saw a 95 with 96-98 rear lights on Craigslist.

Yes 96-98 tail lamps fit, and yes the spoiler is aftermarket. Technically any spoiler on a 3.8 mustang is after market. I think there was a 3 post one that looked similar to the GTs, but that may have been a dealer add on.

Many people do the tail lamp upgrade because 1) the horizontals age horribly, 2) the original mustang tails were vertical, 3) it made the car look “newer,” and 4) with vertical tails, you can do a sequential lighting effect.
