total awesomeness.... If someone finished up that aftermarket intake, this build would look like under the hood of a GT-R

I'm shooting for a reliable 475whp; air filters are K&N's newest biggest and baddest design. Proven to flow more air than any other available

makes sense. more surface area you can get, the easier it is to flow. cant wait to see how this project turns out. also.. welcome

That is correct, no cutting of any kind, it's merely just some rearranging of some wiring and a coolant line :)

Yeah that hose definitely needs to be wrapped in some heat shield.

Nice build. If it were me I would have kept the t28's on there for that power goal. One thing that really interested me was the fuel rail design of the new v6's. They look like they have more capacity than the 96-04 rails. Would be cool if someone could post some measurements lol. Also what material they are made from, or if a magnet will stick to them. I might pick a set up if they can be welded.

Speaking about fuel, the nice thing on these 3.7s is they share the same fuel pump as the Coyotes, so you should never have to drop the tank to upgrade the pump until you want more power then a factory internal 3.7 will handle.

That looks fantastic. I will say from my very brief experience with a turbo that I would heat wrap every square millimeter of exhaust pipe under the hood. I couldn't believe how hot my pipes got. Looks like you are well on your way to having a hell of a car.

The T28's could've made the power, however, afterthoughts led me to think about room for growth, which that wouldn't have left much without having to change everything. These comp 5558's should still have excellent spool not to mention hitting like a freight train
