Take Warning
Well, this should be interesting.

Think I will just tiptoe around for awhile. I am very much a nonconformist, so I will have to see if my type will be actively "accepted" around here in the future...

Looking forward to see the growth of the site. Good luck and I hope we can return to the glory days of high activity in all sections of the site.

You can never bring back dead forums.

Forums are fad. This was a bad domain. Going to need to hustle to get that Google love back.

This new design is already a bad direction.

*cheers*

I remember when people told me I was wasting my time with 232stangs.com and v6stangs.com and mustang-forums.com. It is always a good sign when people start registering new accounts just to tell you how wrong you are doing something.

Thanks for the advice, whoever you are. You'll have to register another account if you want to reply though.

Holy ****, Mustanger Ed is still around stalking the site. That's amazing.
I banned that guy in like 2004.
God knows how many accounts he has made since then lol.

Waiting for the return of Troll and Cobramadness

I like the site layout, the only thing im having difficulty adjusting to is the layout of the time/date of the post.
Used to looking at the top right of a post to find the time-stamp.

The related posts option at the bottom is great, however due to the size of the thread db, we will probably see a TON of necrothreads from new members if we start seeing new registrations.
If there is a way to edit the suggestion query to display certain timeframes it may help.
Finding things from 2004 on there is great for nostalgia, but not for a growing site and new members when someone opens it and replies. Some things never change.

I agree in OT. In other sub-forums it could be useful for someone.

absolutely!

I dont know the options for this forum, but id like to make a few themes /styles. Ive done a few in vbulletin for other sites and they are pretty easy to setup, so im assuming it will be the same.

Heres an example of what i was talking about earlier, If its possible, id like to make/edit a style similar to this attachment ( before and after) I think it would make a good transient theme for people to adjust to the new board and give them the choice.

I made a mistake spelling Avisor, i wrote aviator.. clearly meant to put avisor. =)
