I went to Target yesterday and they had it marked down to $1.60/jar so I went ahead and bought the 6 they had left.

I really hope they didn't stop making it, I was buying 5-6 jars a day to feed 30 guys on each of our away games last season. I probably bought over 200 jars from June - September. That stuff really helped stretch our road meal money.

it's not solving a problem with regular peanut butter, rather with all-natural peanut butter. the all-natural stuff usually separates with the oil floating to the top.

regular natural peanut butter just has peanuts, salt, and peanut oil.

peanut oil is 17% saturated fat

the big problem with the no-stir natural stuff is that it uses palm oil. which is better than trans fats but still not the healthiest thing

palm oil is 49% saturated fat

I picked up 3 jars of it today, not marked down or anything, I asked the manager at the little market near me and he said he hadnt gotten word of it being discontinued.

Looks like they are still selling it!

Right on the front page! If it's as good as you say I might have to try it!

Ive never heard of this stuff. My brother lives off of peanut butter sammiches and ramen noodle cups, so it never gets to the stirring point. But I will find me some.

WTF! no stir? that sounds so convenient! many i time i have been frustrated by thick goopy peanut butter that refuses to stir properly, leaving me with a peanut butter-oil chunk sandwich of sadness...
