AODE on CARB engine?

    i got an AODE transmission, and i am droping a new carburatered engine into my mustang, can the AODE run with carb engine?

    yes, no effect on your tranny, just how the air and fuel get mixed.

    yeah mike, i know it is how the way that air and fuel mixed, but my question is:

    the tranny (AOD"E") is electronically controlled, you know that it is shifting through how far you accelerate, i mean the kickdown depends on the "TPS" (Throttle Position Sensor)..

    every body says that it'll work, but if you calculate it, it'll not because the carbureterd engine is not controlled bye the OEM computer, and the tranny is shifting electronically (OEM computer controlled)...

    so i want to understand that..
