Just recently bought a 2011 mustang and it has 50k on it. When changing the oil any recommendations on what is a good synthetic oil to use?

Whatever it calls for. I use Castrol Edge or Mobile 1.

Oil debates can end up bad. All of the name brand oils are great now days. I use Mobil 1 and a Motorcraft oil filter, all bought from Walmart for around $40 :)

Holds any free-floating magnetic particles under 25 microns inside your oil filter.

I typically run whatever name brand synthetic that's on sale. Filters are given the same treatment. If k & n's are on sale I'll grab one but otherwise I just get whatever.
