Ended up finding a video from MGMT at Red Rocks this weekend.

I am also eyeballing Silversun Pickups, Black Crowes, O.A.R., Citizen Cope as some bigger headliners aside from the random local and big string bands that come through. Anyone else have any concerts this summer they are looking at going to? Felt like we needed something like this beside the music right now thread.

I missed my opportunity to go to This Is Hardcore in Philly this summer... Which means I missed my chance to see Sheer Terror, so I'm ****ing bummed. Tickets sold out in 36 hours. I'm still going to ride up there. A bunch of us might end up storming the front to get in. Who knows.

Intriguing line up. I didn't realize that A7X was back on the road. Who drumming for them now?

I was going to work security for the U2 concert here in East Lansing, but they cancelled their shows until next year. I don't listen to them so I can't really say if I like/hate them.

Although I'm trying to get some tickets for the Jay Z & Eminem concert here at Comerica Park.

I'm thinking about seeing Framing Hanley again in july. Its cheap, and they were pretty good the first time I saw them.

What's ****ing bullshit is that Wakarusa fest is SUPPOSED to be in Lawrence, KS. The wakarusa river and all... that's where it all started. Why they shipped it off to Arkansas is beyond me. I remember mountain biking through the back trails with a few buddies, and downing a handle of UV blue when we finally were within sight of our "sneak in spot". We just sat on a rock, pulled the UV vodka out of the backpack, passed out some snickers bars, ate those, and passed around the vodka till it was gone. When we were good and drunk, we jumped the fence, landed on the outhouses, and went and saw Ben Harper free of charge. That was a ****ing great night.

Saw 311 and Pepper a couple weeks ago here in Cleveland. Not the best show I have seen.

Blues and brews festival yesterday. Lots of great local beers and saw about 6 blues bands or so. Good times for sure.

Stumbled upon the Filthy Children again at a bar in downtown Denver. Saw them at the Breck Beer Fest this past spring. Very fun band, they get way into the music.

Sounds like a killer time. My buddies snuck in a **** ton of liquor through the volunteer area this past year. I think that is kind of the name of the game there.

Thought about 311/Offspring at Red Rocks on 7/20, but I get home from San Francisco late the night before, and work the day after. Bad timing. :(
