Interested in seeing if this intake actually has any good gains. From what I remember hearing the factory upper intake flows pretty good for this motor stock. Good to see people trying to put the effort into doing something different with the v6 though!

it will mark, uses the better lower intake, bigger runners in the upper and not really long as to kill top end, if they made one for the 6-12 like that it would be wonderful

MySteed needs to make an adapter plate for the M112 on the 3.7, that would be neat, possibly enough room to intercool it on this motor?

Looks like the windstar for the 3.8's lol. I'm definatlly going to do something custom for my car but havent nailed the design yet. Thinking of a boxxed upper with velocity stacks.

sounds slightly similar to the ssm box upper. not sure if they have the velocity stacks though. then there's some other guy out there making his own box upper with no stacks and claiming its good for an n/a car. he sells it on ebay and goes on car forums acting like he isn't the maker, trying to show it off.

they used to make a boxed upper, that new design he has now is pretty sick but costly.

Now I can see someone wanting a 6-12 intake and setup like this for FI.

But for a N/A setup Idk why you wouldn't want the split port set up.

Its too much going on. The 6-12 style is simpler and it flows better, even in stock form is flows just as well as a ported split port lower.

Phil's new upper is how you correctlly build a boxxed upper. Trapezodial upper plenum that tapers down from front to back. I was interested in the op's $350 ebay deal but I have decided to do my own, that way I know it's correct.
