Had my 2013 convertible for about a week and someone opened their door next to me in a hotel parking lot and put a small ding in my door. It is very small but I know it is there. Is there any trick to getting it out, it is just above the ridge in the middle of the door.

You can fix it yourself, just search it on youtube.
It's not that difficult.

Without seeing it, hard to tell...

I would take the door panel off, vapor barrier off, and see if it will push out from
the inside. There is the heat gun, then ice fix, that may pop it back out. There are
videos on that too.
