I am picking up 7 Barras tomorrow, 2 for me and 5 to sell.

Shipping is expensive as hell so I will be selling the motors for $2000.00 each.

They motors will come as follows:
    - Intake manifold without throttle body
-Wiring harness either cut at the computer or unplugged from the computer. Either way, no computer.
    -Coil packs
    - All sensors (except the sensors that would be on the throttle body).
    -Flexplate for auto transmission.
    -Oil pan
    -Fuel rail without injectors
    No alternator, power steering pump.

The pic is an example of what is coming, not the actual motors since they are still in the warehouse waiting for me to get there, tomorrow at 5pm EST.

These are ALL NA MOTORS! None of these are Turbo motors. The motor with the red valve cover is an NA motor with a turbo valve cover.
The turbo motors are $2k before shipping. By the time I get them over here I'll have to sell them for $4k just to make a couple bucks. Its cheaper to take the na motor and change the pistons and exhaust valves.

Any one of those from 182 on, puts out more HP than our 3.8, 3.9, and 4.0 V6s.
The only one that was below the 4.0 V6 was the 156. They all beat the 3.8 and
    3.9 V6s. Well,the 156 was 209HP, so only one less than the 4.0 V6 motor.

The last Turbo one, the 325T, put out 436HP, and 425 ft-lbs torque.

They're huge, heavy, make mountains of torque, but don't rev or make nice noises.

Transplant wise, they can be a headache with wiring and engine management,
    especially in newer Mustangs.

IN 2016, there was an article about a 2016 Mustang with a Barra I6.
    Ford Mustang Barra: Sweet Dream
The motor was discontinued in 2016...

Would love to see one in a Gen5...

Yeah, it always seems like other countries get the cool engines. My guess would
emissions issues in the states as it is in the AUS vehicles. You figure, the
emissions controls will reduce the motor output here in the states. It did not
and could not meet Euro 5 emissions. Meanwhile BMW has not only persisted
with an I6 design, but refined and improved it to the Nth degree.

Bad fuel economy - though not for its size, and will not adapt to transverse.

Here is how BIG this I6 is, compared to a Windsor V8:
Yeah, heh heh... Anything DOHC is bigger, just look at the Coyote 5.0 motor -vs- the 4.6 SOHC. You know,
If they made a Coyote V12, the Barra I6 would be almost like one bank of that V12...

    These motors are $2000 each.

They are located in Gainesville Florida. You can pick them up from me here or pay shipping from Gainesville Florida to your location.

The motors will come as follows:
    - Intake manifold without throttle body
-Wiring harness unplugged from the computer. No cut wires, no computer. I did not import the stock computer because they are $100. Then you have to buy a SCT handheld to disable the anti theft. Then you have to pay someone to tune it. An aftermarket ECU such as a Megasquirt ends up being less expensive.
    -Coil packs
    - All sensors (except the sensors that would be on the throttle body).
    -Flexplate for auto transmission.
    -Oil pan
    -Fuel rail with injectors
-No alternator (4.6/5.4 alternator will bolt on, only requiring a spacer on the bolts to shim it into alignment)
-No power steering pump. A 2003 Mazda Trubute V6 uses the same power steering pump. $55 from Advance with lifetime warranty.
-No a/c compressor (looks like 3.8 v6 compressor will bolt on without modifications, I'll know for sure tonight)

No transmissions. If you want to run a manual transmission I can get you a T5 or T56 bellhousings around $300 or less. I have to source them individually therefore I have to pay what the seller wants for them. If you want to run an auto, I will be selling an adapter plate to use a SBF transmission. Depending on cost to produce these, I will be selling them for around $250 or less if I can get them made cheaper.

I did not bother importing the Aussie transmission since they are expensive to purchase and import. Getting parts to rebuild them are also expensive. It makes more sense to use an American transmission.

    These motors make 255hp/282tq na.
With a safe 10psi on an NA motor you get 350+hp and 400tq.

Manley sells H-beam rods good for 1100hp for $620 and pistons good for 1100hp $760 if you want to go for a full build.

225 HP, so these are the 2005 and early 2008, 190 model. May want to let
people know how many miles are on them too.

Info Here: Ford Barra engine - Wikipedia

Man, it would be cool to have one, if only to just be totally different than any other
    4.0 out there.

If you had like, TEN, and there were only four left, yeah. With only
FIVE for sale to begin with, well, only five to begin with, now down to
    4. It will be only at one, only ONE left...

Looked into this, and oof, it's ~$6000 to retrofit an S197 V6 for one of
these. Still, man, would be one of seven though...

Did not bash anything, I said a few times, would be nice to have one,
just to be original. I can afford it, don't want too, really, but would be
nice. Not sure what you read, but I thought it was English...

Great motor to throw in an old notchback, gut it and go autocross.

No THIS ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is the reason that any forum has a "crappy reputation". There is no reason for this kind of response to anything he said. How the **** would you know what anyone can afford? Please don't play big shot as a means of arguing down another person. For all you know, he could be Bill Gates.
