For the past year ive had creak come out brake system. The creak is systematic with the use of the brake pedal, I could be stopped (with the car on or off) or on the freeway and the creak is always there. I've gone through pads (replaced hardware too) and rotors since the noise started The brake fluid is fine, I cant figure it out

Did you grease the contact parts and use all of the anti-rattle hardware? There are silicone based grease meant for brakes.

Is the cream distinctly from outside the car? Does it come from a specific corner?

Yes i made sure everything was greased and i did use all of the hardware. Definitely the front end, no specific corner

Then it may well be due to the pads. Some brake pads make noises when engaging the rotor, especially aggressive pads. That's a reasonable trade to me.
