Headlamp bulb replacement..help please

can anyone tell me how to remove the bulb so i can replace it..i cant f

igure this out..

Yeah, the harness is probably corroded, and stuck to the male
metal prongs on the bulb side. You will nee PB Blaster or other
spray to soak the connector to get it apart. One of mine was
stuck, it took a while to get the plug off the bulb...

I put the bulb back into the headlamp for some leverage to pull
the harness off after PB Blasting it a little. This is why you
use dielectric grease in some areas... This is one of those
areas, the plugs are well exposed to the elements.

It looks like one that should just pull out.

It was the driver headlamp, yes, press in and down on the little piece and at the same time PULL the socket out
