    Whats up everyone?

Been looking on this site for a while now and thought I might as well join the forums.

I'm in the process of buying a 2000 V6 Mustang, Here are the auto trader pics.

Does anyone know what color this is? In person it looks silver with a very small hint of green.

    Brain fart....

    Mineral Grey?

Kind of a greyish, brownish? No green at all.

You know, thats what I thought when I looked at it online, but I went by the dealer a day later and it actually had a small hint of green. Ive never seen the color on another mustang and I' sure it is not a factory paint job.

I might buy it tomorrow or Thursday. Right now its in the shop, needs a new exhaust manifold so hopefully they can get that taken care of soon.

Nice looking sixer. Be sure to let the wheel go when you drive it to check the alignment. If it isn't aligned now, chances are it can't be from frame damage.

    Good advice,

I drove it today, runs great and suprisingly has a nice throaty sound to it.

Turns out the accident indicator was for about two years ago.
The driver opened the door on a busy street and got it taken off by another car. That explains the custom paint job.

Welcome to the forum. I've seen a simmilar color and love it.
But I would check and make sure everything still fits correctly and the frame looks well .

    Yep.

She posted a thread about this on another forum. It actually has been repainted. He color is not MG or DSG due to its year. Some of the pics show a hint of green.

Either way, its a good ground to start modding with. Welcome to the site. Hope you choose to be active here. It can be a good time with out all the flaming/OT crap that goes on at some other forums *cough* 3.8musta...*cough*

    Welcome.
