I'd like to see maybe a dedicated How-To Section... I've written many and have found even more. I would be willing to bring my personal ones over and even create a thread with linkbacks to all the ones that I didn't make myself...

    Just a thought...

Perhaps it could be a section that the only threads that can be created are how-to threads.
    And a sub-forum of how-to requests...

Could help keep all of the questions at a minimum around here.

could have a how to section or if it was a spring install how to (for example) post it in the suspension section and it can be stickied to the top.

I'll get on board with this... A dedicated how-to section would be pretty legit. And with the site being new... Having quality information posted in an easy to find section will be an asset to the site that will attract and keep members.

I just feel like after 3 days any how-to:s that aren't stickied literally vanish and are never seen again...

Would this fall under the Projects section though?

EDIT: After reading over this again, I can see where you guys are coming from. DIY section created. Post away my friends.
