I am in full agreement now, the more I look at the wheels.

Guess I have decent taste, eh? I'm no Chip Foose. Maybe someday, though.

So, BOI sold the set of 2010 GT500 rims I wanted and posted a new set off a 2009 car. I've seen how they look on the new car and I like them. Temped, because they have high-speed Goodyear Eagle F1s on them already, sized 255 and 285 tires, and the price is right at $1200. Probably will pick those up next week, along with some other modifications for Christmas for myself. Got a nice big check that I'm spending on the car!

I think it's a steal. Here's what they look like...

Otherwise, I think I could still go for the Track Pack wheels in black, unless I find takeoffs in gunmetal first.

I really really like those GT500 wheels on the 11+'s.

Guess I really don't need to second guess it then, huh? I'll order them as soon as my check is in!

    So... I ordered...

    -2007 Shelby GT500 wheels with 255/285 Goodyear Eagle F1s
-2011 TPMS sensors (2007s were old and archaic/non-compatible with 2011s)
    -3.73 Gears & Install Kit
    -V6 Foglight Kit
    -GT500 Wing and Mirror Covers - Pre-painted

Coming to a grand total of about $2600!

Still waiting on a response for my tuner unlock and retune...

    I'm looking at...

-2011 V6 Handling Pack from Ford Racing

    http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-racing-handling-pack-1%2522-drop-coupe-v6-2011/p/MFR3MV6A/

-What I'm thinking is the same kit at buyfordracing.com

    http://www.buyfordracing.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=647cPath=26

-Nitto NT555s, 255/50/17s for my stock 17" wheels as track tires after I burn up the stockers

I know I've been YouTube challenged before, but hopefully the new forum will help me out here.

Here's a little preview for you all to enjoy of the C&L Intake and CORSA Sport exhaust on my car. I did an interior and a startup. The outside and drive-by will just have to wait until spring.

I also added some photos from the install and a little photoshoot with the new projectors installed as well.

Thanks Oritz! I think the lights have that factory look to them. Well integrated as well. Check out my new mod list in my signature... Hahaha, should pick up a few tenths in the quarter with a 93 octane tune.

Thanks Rusty, and you'll get over it eventually.

Thanks a bunch! I think I'll be putting the silverstar bulbs in, too. The standard ones will cut it, just...

I'm glad I was able to stray from the norm, lol.

I like the track pack wheels, but I'm not sure in black, haven't actually seen them on a car yet in that color.

So... New wheels have been test fitted, and I gotta say... I love them! Unfortunately, the center caps I bought don't damn well fit. I'm so pissed. Here's a peek...

Next I gotta swap the TPMS sensors out and then I can mount them all properly.

I'm thinking of going with American Muscle's center caps, either the plain brushed aluminum ones or the DOHC ones. What do you think?

Yeah, I shouldn't second guess it, huh? Can't go wrong with a single colored wheel.

So, do you notice any difference in how it drives with the new tires on? Or haven't you had a chance to take it out under good conditions yet?

Ha! I wish. This is a guy from western NY you're talking to. It's snowing and my car won't see the light of day again until it melts. I hate winter, did I mention that?

We'll see how they are. Should be an improvement.

I also picked up a GoPro Motorsports Hero HD camera with mounts to record my autocross and trackdays from now on!
