How much or estimate of how much they would charge to install a borla S type muffler on my 2013 v6 mustang?

That is a fairly easy job that you can probably do yourself. All you will have to do is loosen the clamps at the mufflers, then the clamps after the mid pipe. Doing so will give you a little more wiggle room and help with centering the tips. You then would cut the clamp off your stock mufflers. Put the new mufflers up into the hanger. Use a little lube to help them slide into the hangers. Attach the pipes to the mufflers. Snug down all the clamps enough that it eliminates a lot of play. Center the tips. Tighten the center clamps. Check tips again. Then tighten clamps at mufflers. Check tips again. If centered you are good to go.

Final product. Also they tend to hold water. Put a small hole at the end farthest away from the tip to allow drainage. image.jpg

I paid $140 to install the S-Type. I too drilled 1/16th hole to drain the water out if my mufflers. Get that done when u install them.
