I'm looking for another Sig pic for my latest addition to our Ford family

I've learned to live with my artistic limitations ... I couldn't draw a circle much less put together a quality Sig

Anyway, could one of you help out (use the link to the pic below). The text I want is simple, just my name, year and make/ model as below.
