As some of you know I totalled my car while I was trying to sell it and got MORE money from the insurance company then I had it adverticed for. I forgot pictures of the totalled car though. :( Anyways, I also bought a house so my focus has changed form a 'fast' car to a practical car. I got a Brick for $950 and I'm in love.
3100lbs and 114hp of raw power. Its still RWD though and comes stock with panhard bar and sway bar.

This is what I'm giving up 'fast' cars for. Atleast till I can afford them again.

Nice house, and the car has potential. I'd mod it some and keep it as a DD, even if you do eventually get another Mustang.

I was betting on no one liking the brick. The house is 3 bed rooms 2 1/2 bath, regular size one car garaged. Its brand new from the foundation up. Nine foot ceilings, and vaulted cielings in the two bigger bed rooms. Two light tubes one in the hallway and on in the second bath. Very large kitchen with something I have only had once before for alittle while, a dishwasher, stainless steel none the less. Going from $525 per month in rent on a place biult in 1919, to $1350 per month for new cunstruction and about twice the sq/ft.

Thats what I was thinking. This warehouse and tech center are less then 5 miles from my place. So its not going to be hard to find parts, and they don't seem anymore expensive then the parts for the stang.

I've heard of older Volvo's going 1,XXX,XXX miles or more before. Not sure if it's true but those things will go for a long time. You def. bought yourself a reliable vehicle

Oh and the house is sweet

Volvos can last for practically forever. I saw a 740 turbo intercooled sedan a couple months ago driving down the road with badges on the back that said "100k" "200k" "300k" "400k", and finally "500k". Seemed to be running perfectly fine.
