Mike Miller is officially on the Memphis staff.
Larry Brown is still a possibility for the third spot.

It’s great to finally be excited about one of my teams again.

Noles should have pretty much the same team back next year so they should be decent.

Tacko is coming back next year. Maybe we won't have so many injuries this season

Maybe if those pussies would float. Probably not big enough for bball players tho.

prob some but not an 8 footer like tacko.

not sure what Jiffs deal is with him. guess it's cool to have someone that tall but he's a scrub. def not gonna get drafted when he comes out, but i'm sure he'll get picked up in europe.

speaking of draft.........michael and jontay are gone now. will be interesting to see if jontay gets an agent or not, but i think mpj is a fool. not b/c i want him to play at mizzou, but his stock is low. the difference between 1&2 vs 6&7 picks is like half the money. he might be a top 10 for 3 mill whereas as one more healthy year could get the top pick for 9 mill/year.

Some are pretty big but tacko may need something custom.

Or he could have a career ending injury.

Highly unlikely. Even more unlikely...... career ending injuries for both of them. We got swindled.

    Marcus Lattimore says hi.

If he’s good enough, the few million dollars he might lose will be made up for on his second contract. I’d rather make $4M now than wait a year and MAYBE double that. There’s no guarantee NBA execs might watch him and evaluate him lower. Cash in now while you can.

there is no arguing the one and done elite guys. especially from shitty ass areas. the porters are already well off with a solid family/home/church life. that's fine all good though.......i don't even care mpj left b/c he is elite. im talking about two players where one graduated high school a year early and his dad became one of the highest paid assistants in the ncaa. i can't remember the exact numbers, but im pretty sure we doubled the salary of any other long term guy on the staff. to top it off, one year ago they were in another state committed to play for another school. blame mizz i guess, but we still got robbed.

Memphis did that a few years ago with Pastner. Hired their Dad, then Tubby became coach, demoted the Dad, both brothers then transferred to Kansas. They sat out this year and will be two of Kansas’ best players next year.

**** happens. Don’t rely on one family for success.

I’m looking forward to the AAC being pretty good next year. Wichita, Cincy, Houston, Memphis and maybe UCF if Fall stays healthy.

I don’t know who they lose and what they have coming in but 9-9 this year without Fall so should improve next year.
