I just picked up this on the 4th of July, previous owner didnt drive it much, and didnt know last time oil changed. 2010 V6, it has 119k on engine..what type of oil should be used when changing oil? Switch to full synthetic? Stay with regular oil? Thanks

Switch to full Syn? It should already be using it... 5W30 winter, 10W30 summer,
    is what I do...

2008 V6 says to use 5W30 right on the filler cap. 4.0 engine. Comes with synthetic blend from factory. Highly recommend FULL synthetic. Its an easy DIY job and a money saver.
