    This car is on jack-stands, about 1 foot off the ground, and it still got flooded... Check out the truck behind it, to get the idea of how high the water is.

    I should post the pics from isabel, looking at those pics, that isnt so bad. My car was 8 to10 inches lifted and i took water to the dash. So depressing, i feel sorry for those people.

    well SORRY! :lol: i realized it was a dumb question, but i know zilch about that area, so i didn't know if maybe a dam broke, river got too big or what. it just looks like alot for just rain.

    must have missed that one. i've been gone for awhile and i'm just now getting back into the groove of reading these things. I'll make sure to look these things up from now on before asking a question. and hey, you can always hold this over my head like showering and blackskidd.

    dang, I didn't know they meant REAL floods. I'm in the NW area and thats in the SW area of houston right? It wasn't that bad at all up here, some oversized puddles, my pool ALMOST overflowed.
