Pro, tried to break in my car

At least I think they were a pro or at least do it a lot. Background: My uncle is borrowing my car while his car get some repairs done. He has some wannabe thugs that leave down the street from him now.

I never use my keys because I have keyless entry. <How they got in removed>
My uncle said he got up in the middle of the night for a smoke. Good thing, I think he scared them off. Thinking about getting a alarm for the car now. :(

Sorry to hear about that, you should definitely look into getting an alarm so punks like those down the street can't have an easy time breaking into your car without anyone hearing/seeing anything

You really want to know the sad truth? You can break into a 94-04 Mustang without a single tool. You use 1 easy to get part off the car and you can get in the door in seconds. I've done it to my 95...

You'd still need something to get in there.

I'd rather not post it...

<how they got in removed> I was like "oh, crap". There wasn't even any scratches on the door. I have alpine stereo in there, some gauges.

Nah. was not a pro enless he was planning on stealing the car. A pro would have checked out the car and the area for a few minuets to know what he was going to steal and if the car had an alarm. Then smashed the window with a spark plug porsilin. And then took whatever he wanted as quickly as possable and then got the hell out of dodge.

Amatures try things like slim jims, lock picks and **** like that cause they see it done in the movies. Your pro's who have done it many times will just smash and grab.

Also, if any of you know what I'm talking about, or if I told you, I'd appreciate it if you didn't post it publicly. A thief will get into your car if he really wants to, but I'd rather not have the trick posted here.
It would kinda be like giving you a skeleton key and saying take your pick from our fine selection of available cars.

Yes, it's very easy to get into our cars. After, I chased some little thugs away from my car I wondered how the hell they got in. Took the car up to best buy to have the Viper installed and the guy told me how easy it was to get in.

Dude, you can just pull the window back...

Someone broke into my PGT like that once. That's the price you pay for doors without window frames.

Or you can always get one of these: http://www.carmasterkeys.com I know for a fact the Toyota one works.

Probably right about not being a pro, but still...they knew what they were doing with the car to get in without making noise. The car was at the top of the driveway, so someone would have probably heard them.

Haha, i know exactly what kuplex is talking about. Breaking into 94-04 stangs is easy... very easy. Wanna slow them down, unplug your lock switch on the door and remove the plastic caps (that pin that pops up and down on top the door).

I can get into a stang with a motion/shock sensor too... Best thing to do is get an alarm with a prox sensor so just walking near the car will chirp a warning. It can be annoying because everything sets it off but it works. I have one.

pm me too! I want to know what I can expect. I live next to some wanna be thugs!:uhh:

the easiest car to brake into is the 97 geo metro softtop. my sister has one of those and she left the keys in there and we opened it from the back window. there is like a zipper thingy there thats very easy to take off.

This is not cool. :( So many cars have been broken into lately in my area. I need to get an alarm pretty quick it looks like.
