Despite really disliking Keanu Reeves, I'm looking forward to The Bad Batch.

Saw John Wick 2 with my brother on Saturday. Did not disappoint. It actually has way less of a plot and character development than the first, but I didn't go see it for the story. Keanu's seeming affection for 3 gun is very apparent in this movie, one scene is literally a 3 gun course (pistol, rifle, shotgun stages). Some of his weapon handling is super over the top (the 'Sampling' scene where he 'checks' each one weapon in super-tacticool mode) and the fights were redundant, same 2-3 basic techniques and moves over and over again - but, he was doing his own stunts, so that's pretty cool on its own. Some of the reloads featured unecessary weapon cocking and some seemed just out of place, but I think Keanu just wanted to show his skills with tac reloads and reloading in awkward positions. It was pretty fun to watch and the cinematography was better than any Magpul video, that's for sure. The hyper-realism of it is a little ehhh to me (no cops, few to no civilians noticed or reacted to these public gunfights and brawls, magical suppressors that no one can hear), but the world of it is interesting none-the-less.

Although I have to say, just like in Logan, the Mercs/baddies/associates/henchmen are mostly all Manbun wearing, beard using, gymbros with tattoos. I think the extras they get for 'tacticool' roles are probably all military vets who want to become action stars. I do like seeing them get shot in the face, though.

Watching that '69 Mach 1 getting torn up in the beginning was awesome, and sad at the same time. Damn.

Just watched Patriots Day about the Boston Marathon bombing. What an emotional ride.

Did everyone see Snowden? I thought it was good.

I also find it interesting with Twitter, he can still be active in the world even though he is "in hiding."

Yeah, I thought it was pretty well done.

I watched it last week and liked it. I didn't really follow the whole thing so a lot of it was new to me.

Watched both Chappelle specials on Netflix and they were great. A lot of repeated jokes from when I saw him live a while back but still excellent work.

Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. I don't know if anyone has ever seen that, but I really recommend it. I cried a little at the end, even though I usually am pretty cold hearted.

What. The. ****. I love all of Aronofsky's movies, but this was one of the worst things I have ever seen.

I was looking forward to the wrestling talk, and wife was looking forward to a good jesus flick. Film had zero substance at all, and was very disorganized. Freakin garbage. It was only showing one night here........now i know why
