From the precision 6262 .63 turbo. Car made little over 500rwhp on 15psi peak hp around 5200rpm. New turbo should decrease backpressure drasticly and pick up in hp quite a bit. Not to mention being able to rev this motor out to 6500rpm like it was intended.

It's a Borg Warner s366. 66mm inducer 91mm exducer. The turbine is 73-80mm and 88 ar. Stepping up from 62-82mm compressor and 62-73mm turbine with a .63 t3. The back pressure was ridiculous with that turbo on my 4.3. 16psi it was spiking to over 40psi backpressure above 5400rpm. I expect to make big gains with the new turbo at the same pressure.

Copying the ta performance design on my new kit. 1 5/8" primaries custom passenger side header and using a pacesetter in stock location on drivers side. There will be minimal exhaust piping inside the engine bay this time. From all the designs I really like this one best!

Mostly done! headers are mounted in their new home. Cant see from this pic but there is a v-band on the pass header which I', going to 90* off that that points down putting the compressor almost in the shock tower. This design is what a lot of ls turbo builds use. Cant see from this pic but the pass side primaries are angled 10* toward the turbo instead of sweeping the primaries. Either way it should flow very well and promote quick spool due to velocity.

Working on the new down pipe now. Cut the marmon flange off in favor of a standard 3" v band style. Was going to wait and take it to work tomorrow to weld it with 6013 stick since it's much cleaner weld but got impatient and welded it with my mig at the house. Welding cast with a mig creates a lot of splatter as you can see but nothing my grinder cant fix.

Think you will like the V-bands. Quick and easy removal for downpipes and wastegate pipes. Am using 3 per side.

Makes life so much easier! I'm running 3 each 2.5" on my hot side and will run 2 each 3" on my down pipe/exhaust. The marmon flange that bw uses is actually similar to a v-band. The marmon flange I cut off is laying on the table next to the turbine housing. It's male/female setup that uses a clamp just like you'd find on a v-band but bigger.
