I think you'll get several opinions here but I like the NGK brand in general, gapped to spec on your car of course. Assuming you're on stock ignition coils. However I am not for Bosch Platinum +4 plugs at all.

If you're on a tune other than stock especially, you might benefit from an ignition coil upgrade with a little more plug gap. Aftermarket coils should have a recommended plug gap with them.

Yeah I made a member garage here the other day. I'm on stock engine but far as ignition goes I use MSD low resistance wires and their coil pack.

For a stock engine only an oem replacement is needed. I second the NGK recommendation. In fact many Ford spark plugs are made by NGK, or NGK was installed as original equipment.

When you do the job, please apply anti-seize to the threads of your new spark plugs. Only firmly tighten the ratchet during install. Too much torque wlill damage the threads in the cylinder head.

A very affordable parts distribuitor is rockauto.com

I'm a huge fan of iridium plugs! If you catch them on sale and with a rebate, they aren't much more that standard copper core plugs.
