Speedometer problems

    97 Mustang V6 3.8L 5speed manual transmission lost all gears except 4th may it home check fluid alil low, decided to look for another trans locate one but it was out of a 2004 Mustang it had a electronic servo and my 97 had a gear-driven speedo servo install trans new clutch hooked up electronic Speedo Servo and reassemble test-drove and notice that speedometer is way out of accuracy what can I do one is electronic driven with the magnet and the 97 have a speed gear on it don't want to replace the output shaft what can I do.

    I've a 97 5speed w/gear drive speedo unit w/2 wire connector NOT cable.
    Found a GOOD 2004 5speed with a magnet drive speedo w/2 wire connector
    Everything work PERFECT EXCEPT 1 PROBLEM w/da magnet drive speedo 2/wire SPEED IS BADLY OUT OF RANGE..

    I have a 2004 with a 98 t5 and I just ordered a Dallas mustang speedcal, $130, it'll convert to make it work...
