    bone stock
who would win from a launch to about 60?
    then a 30 roll?
    then a 45 roll?

i know they have massive turbo. so i'm just curious if anyone has seen either or race stock

Your friend lied to you - or he was racing a Neon with SRT4 badges.

i can't believe you have never heard of these kinds of tracks. they are popping up everywhere. they decided that the tree was not good enough for real racers so three honks was the best suited. it's deemed, The Three Honk Compromise of 2008

Yea your friend definitely lied to you. There is no way a stock NPI GT is going to beat a SRT-4, especially from a roll.

No. There is no lag to the SRT-4's turbo because it is small and their forte is top end, something the PI 2v and especially the NPI 2v lack.

    Stock for stock (PI 2v)
    2v manual GT vs SRT-4 = driver's race
    2v auto GT vs SRT-4 = SRT-4 wins

There is a package called "SRT-4 Design" or something like that. Basically it's the looks of a SRT-4 without the drivetrain. Just like there are Cobalts with a SS package that gives them the look of the SS/SC (or now SS/T) without the drivetrain.

That being said, who cares about roll racing because if this is about street racing and not NHRA/etc sanctioned track racing, it will be locked.

What stage SRT-4 are we taking about anyway? Stage 1's are weak, I can hang with one from a dig.

SRT's are killers from a roll. a full bolt on geared NPI car May get one from a dig but that is a long shot

ya i thought stock SRT's are a low to mid 14 second car.

and getting high 13's out of a stock PI GT isn't tough with DRs.
