    Hi everybody!

it's a while that i'm wandering around the web, reading everything to find the answer to that question..it's better a supercharger or a turbo..and it worth the money to do that on our v6?
i need also to know the reliability with the 2 differents setups, fuel consumption, parts to change to handle the power(if needed),and,of course, where i can find good used parts to buy('cause my budget isn't really big).

Thanks in advance to everybody who could give me some advices,'cause i'm new to that type of mods!!:)

supercharge! procharger has the easiest kits to install. i have a 2000 v6 mustang and my stock fuel pump handled the supercharger; however, i did need to install bigger fuel injectors. i went with 39.5# injectors.

with that the car WILL be more fun to drive!

Depends on goals. I prefer the turbocharger myself but the procharger was a fun setup.

Agree - depends on your goal!

We went with the Powehouse 4.0L turbo kit.

It's been since new '07 and today she's still pulling hard.

Stock motor except valve springs were replaced for the power she's producing.

    480+ rwhp & 500lbs tq.

11.39 best and looking for a 10.999 this year.

I plan on running with a turbo for my 2009 4.0 v6 mustang I did talk to to mrt performance and they offer a custom rear mount twin turbo for a 4.0L but it's to expensive for me.

So I was wondering what your review is on a procharger stage 2 vs turbo
Is there instant power and response with building power from spooling with the procharger set up or a turbo ball bearing with maybe 57mm building power with spooling.

The procharger is rpm dependent where the turbo doesn't have strings. The power band with a procharger is linear, a 57mm on a 4l engine your making instant power with huge tq. I'd give on3 a call and see if they still offer a kit for your engine.
