My temp gauge still don't move. I changed the cylinder head sensor in the back of the drivers head. That didn't work so I changed the thermostat that didn't work. The Ford dealer told me there isn't a cooling temp sensor in the 3.9. So im starting to think it might be the gauge. I have another cluster but before I change that and have to have it reprogramed. Is there any way to test the gauge itself every thing else works in the cluster, no codes an it heats up an runs fine. Any suggestions on what to try next Thanks Dirk

Starting it 86 E30 the first time after doing a clutch job, the temp gauge starts out cold then as it is warming up the temp needle buries itself on the HOT side... Before I tear into it, any suggestions as to the fix..?
