Well the Europeans can keep it.
I think it's a great looking car but too much "concept car" styling. Ford should have named it something other than "Mustang". It loses the traditional mustang lines, details, and overall feel.
I'll take the 4banger turbo but it reminds me to much of a SHO front end
And I heard that the gt500 will no longer be an option

Looks like the front of a ford fusion. I don't like it.
its the hood and grill, that's the first thing I thought. "damn that kinda looks like an aston" lol
two of my favorites, mash together a DBS and a GT500 and mmmm, I'd be very pleased hah two of the best looking cars on the planet
edit- bring back the side scoops and louvres(sp?)
Unexpected shape. It's looking more of a girly car than a muscle car /:
This is what I found on the web. I think Chrysler is going to push their Challenger SRT8 closer to the Mustang. The Corvette will have 650 hp next year. King of the hill is still the GT 500. I'm happy with my 2014 V6, for now.
2015 Shelby GT 500 engine
What made muscle cars so popular? Their horsepower rates. The more it has – the better. Under current Mustang GT500 lays supercharged 5.8-liter V-8 with an almost unbelievable 662 hp and 631 lb-ft of torque and it is connected with only one transmission option – six-speed manual. So, for the new 2015 Shelby GT500, we can expect a few more horses there. Its main competitor Chevrolet Camaro ZL1C has 82 hp and 75 lb-ft of torque less in it’s performance, which is just to much to be ignored. There are no rumors telling us that Chevy will improve its Camaro, so “Trinity”, GT500’s code name, will continue to dominate muscle car’s market.
I promise to buy you a GT500.
...after you win the lottery, right?
You have to play to win.
I still don't like the headlamps. The whole front end symmetry is off because the headlamps are too small and too high up. It looks like its squinting at you. Additionally I think Ford is flat out stupid to only sell the V6 as a stripper model. I don't think the ecoboost is going to have enough of a performance edge to warrant the price difference and I think the take rate will not be nearly what they are hoping for. It will be a big hit when it first comes out as all new sports coupes are. But give it a year and lets see how its doing. Toyota had to learn the hard way that if you're going to hype the crap out of a car it better be able to deliver. Ford might be about to learn that same lesson.
Ugliest Ford fusion hybrid lol
