i'm planning on upgrading my suspension, i've seen that a lot of people recommend the HP tokicos, does anyone have anything to say about the ILLUMINA series and the D-SPEC series?

Depends a lot on what springs you're using. The adjustability may be useful to you if you track your car or have high rate springs where the HP's aren't enough to dampen them.
