So one of my back wheel has a hole in it and I'm going to patch it but I was wondering if I need a wheel aligment if I were to take off only one wheel my back wheel. Or how do I know when I need an aligment :/?

You don't need to have a car aligned when you take wheels off.

Do you mean you have to patch a hole in a tire? Your not patching a hole in a wheel.

If you intend to dismount the tire from the wheel to have it patched then it needs to be re-balanced, but if you patch it without taking the tire off then you don't need to balance it.

I don't mean to be offensive but it sounds like you should just take it to a shop so they can take care of whatever your trying to do.
